Subject: Is it an older, rebuilt one?

The Westerbeke principally is (was) a "Marinized" Perkins and you may be able to pick stuff off the old engine (like engine mounts) that will make the replacement easier.

Of course, if the old Perkins is still salvageable - it can be rebuilt and run for another 40 years at probably half the cost of a new engine.

We put in a 65hp Westerbeke into Tivoli.. Fantastic engine, plenty of power for her. We put in the biggest we could fit without tearing things up.
