I had a new one fabricated in Guaymas,Mexico.
About $40. US.
Should be easy to have a new one made at any shop that does stainless. Make it heavier than the original

I had one fabricated out of 316 Stainless here is Sausalito.
I used Marin Metal Works to cut the pieces and to weld the stainless. They use a water jet cutter, which is better than mechanical or torch cutting because it does not work harden the metal. I moved mine up a few inches so that it was out of the water when at rest at the marina. I can take photos if you are interested.
