I own a M40, decks and cockpits are always a place for soft spots and rot. If you read the stories of other Mariner owners you will see that's a common problem.

As I understand, she had her cockpit entirely rebuilt in the late 90's. We shall see.
Plans!.. My plan is to sail her down to my home town in Brasil, where I can give the attention to fine detail that I feel a boat such as this deserves. From there... we shall see which way the wind blows. lol!
