Subject: plywood thickness

I am well into the deck rebuild on my mariner and I know that the deck is 1/2 inch and it looks like the the cabin sides are 1 inch can anybody tell me how thick the cabin top is I am about to buy some more lumber and would only like to make one more purchase.

3/8" or 9mm.
