Thats exactly what we need around here cowman. When we wanted to open the hole, I started just calling all these people in the phone book that rented commercial space, everywhere I went I got refered back to this one guy, I cant even think of his name right now, but he had just a obscene amount of shitty property. He wanted like 2500 a month on the last hole we rented, we couldnt get but 600 so he took it. We put it in brians name, and we left it oweing him money, so now he has a lawsuit out on brian. I do not know if he would rent to punks again to throw shows, but my guesss is he would. His philosophy is if nobody is in the building, then something is better than nothing. And as for the lawsuit, he never followed any of it up, we heard he never does, and he didnt. So maybe worth a try having someone new calling him and never mentioning me or my brother (brian). I cant think of his damn name, but if you wanna respond back, I will defenitely find it out for ya.
