Play it again Wakener?

Seems as if they have raised the issue of a person's thoughts again. They reacted to a drawing...how do you draw a parallel with this and the "thoughts" that were written down before when the kid was transferred because of what he wrote. I think they did the right thing by locking down the school. I realize it was a "found" notebook that started it all off, but Anthony's "thoughts" were found as well. It brings me back to the same thought that I had before of protecting the kids by overreacting rather than underreacting.
