I agree that it was in character for Guber, who is particularly concerned with how he appears to others. And with how others reflect upon him. I wonder if his supposed military brat background has colored his views on same-sex relationships?

I agree that Harris didn't seem too concerned about Guber checking in. On the OTHER hand, he sure seemed to be, uh, eagerly anticipating the kiss from the girls. This dooesn't necessarily make him a perv. Could be he was just really into the drama of the moment.

Also, no reason to think a Science teacher can't have an interest in the arts. :^) Though in my high school it was always the English and Library teachers who directed our plays.

As for the "How did it get by for six weeks without anyone noticing? . . ." Please recall the cheerleading strip routine of last year? Clearly the show takes a few liberties with this sort of thing for the shock value.
