I think this is just ALL bad rumors! I seem to recall JDK saying something totally opposite that they WANTED and ASKED Perry to make more music with them.

I believe that if Perry WANTED to make an album with ANY record company, he would probaly not even have to ask twice. I think ANY record company would be jumping up and down to get a contract with Perry. IF not,then all Perry would have to do is show the record companies ALL these websites where ALL the fans are practically begging for HIS return to music. Any record company that would NOT sign a contract with Perry would have to be just flat out crazy! That's my opinion anyway!

I think Perry is just doing his own thing and when/if he CHOOSES to return he will.

As far as Herbie goes, I think he just sounds like an "angry guy" that is probaly just retaliating because he MAY be angry with the band, for going with a different manager,when they did the making of TBF CD. After all why would Herbie care about whether the band toured or not for TBF??? It had nothing to do with him, since he was not the manager of Journey. The interviews I read, Herbie just comes off sounding bitter and spiteful to me. Therefore I don't put much stock into what Herbie says about Perry or the other band members either.
