Yes & No,

WMA format is very condensed (even moreso than mp3) so you can get smaller sizes overall than mp3, however they are still gonna be a decent sized file 2+ mg range for a 3-4 min song, unless you reduce the encoding rate (say normal is 128, drop it down to 64 or lower) you loose quality but you CAN reduce it to under a MG by dropping the bitrate down, altho if you make mini clips (say 30 seconds) you can still retain 128 or higher bit rates and be under 1 mg per clip), but if you want the full song online to download go with lower rates like 64, that should bring you down to the 1MG or lower range size wise.

I have all the tools here to do that if youd like just email me the song, I can reduce it fully as well as make mini clips of it for ya just lmk id be glad to help.

The programs I own that I would be using to do that are sound forge audio, to make the mini clips and do fade in and fade outs, & Easy Audio File Converter 5.0 from Poikosoft, you might be able to find free or demo versions of them on the web, yet again I don't mind doin it for ya at all so jot me an email anytime.

Bill :)
