I'm aware that problems for some of you are continuing. I have just sent another email to our server admin to try and elicit a response. Our servers are in Houston, TX, so it is possible that they (and our service) are being affected by the approach of Hurricane Rita; people may have temporarily left the area.

Please hang on in there, we will be here with information for you as soon as we have any.
