1. LATEST RELEASES:
Ret013: PAPERCUT HOMICIDE-From Filth Comes Grace Cd
Featuring members of the widely acclaimed (and now sadly defunct) Red Sky, and current members of Nemo, Papercut Homicide create a devastating attack on the senses, with influences drawn from the entire spectrum of extreme music. Imagine a lethal concoction of Cephalic Carnage, Dillinger Escape Plan, Pig Destroyer and Acid Bath and you can soon see that this is one record that will floor anyone within a ten mile radius.
Ret012: MAXMILLION-Maxmillion Cd
Maxmillion sees the reuniting of Jason and Bobby whose musical vision was responsible for years of uncompromising and pioneering sludge in 16 (yes, that's right, they of the classic 'Drop Out' album). This record represents the next step for Jason and Bobby and has seen them join together with Chris Jones (bass) to create a monstrously heavy, thick and evil sound. Comparisons will be difficult, but Maxmillion pull together elements of sludge, metalcore, doom and thrash resulting in one severe experience of pure sonic heaviness.

(January 2003) GILLA BRUJA-6 Fingered Jesus Cd
The new year will reveal what Gilla Bruja have lined up for us as they unleash their second assault of horrific death cult metal. Having spent the months since the release of 'Tooth And Nail' perfecting their headcrushing groove and their malicious, pounding industrial-laced take on metal, expect this record to be an intense and unforgettable journey into the lair of the cult.
(February 2003) IMPERIOUS-Debut Cd
Having received a recommendation from Peter of Visceral Bleeding, we sought out Sweden's Imperious (previously named Obscura) immediately and checked out their demo and an advance rehearsal track and were instantly hooked. Imagine the writhing darkness and technicality of bands like Hate Eternal, later Morbid Angel and Nile. Imperious take these influences and pummel them into their own distorted shapes and intensely brutal soundscapes of crushing, brutal death metal.

Ret011: BLOODROSE-Into Oblivion Cd
With the core of Finland's BloodRose having played together since 1994 (in an extreme metal band called Hatework) it is no surprise that since their formation in the year 2000 they have been impressing fans worldwide with their incredibly tight, precise and impressive melodic black metal. Having combined both symphonic, melodic elements and all out frost-laden viciousness in their two-pronged assault, BloodRose have received support from all areas of the black metal scene and on a wider scale, throughout the extreme metal scene in response to their 'Spectral Angels Symphony' demo recorded in 2001. Many now eagerly await this release, their debut cd entitled 'Into Oblivion'.
Ret010: RWAKE-Hell Is A Door To The Sun Cd
'Hell Is A Door To The Sun' contains Rwake's most accomplished material to date. Combining sludge, doom, noisecore and experimental metal with explosive results. Throughout the 50 minutes the tracks on the cd twist, turn and writhe, taking the listener on a nightmarish, but ultimately addictive journey through the musical landscape mentioned above and more. One listen to this record and you will never be the same again!
Ret009: BEATEN BACK TO PURE-The Last Refuge Of The Sons Of Bitches Cd
Retribute is proud to announce the return of BBTP. This record will kill! Having their own studio (Sniper) has now allowed the band the time to really perfect and hone their skills, making the guitars that you heard on Southern Apocalypse bigger and heavier, the low vocals lower and the whole recording much more dynamic. Expect a few surprises along the way as well: 12 string acoustic passages and the use of "clean" vocals to let a couple out of the bag. The ante has been upped and the stakes have been raised for another round of double barrel blasphemy.
Ret008: VISCERAL BLEEDING-Remnants Of Deprivation Cd
Vicious, technical and brutal gore-soaked death/grind from Sweden. Has been receiving great reviews everywhere and received especially well by fans of bands like Suffocation, Disgorge, Cannibal Corpse and Dying Fetus.
Ret007: GILLA BRUJA-Tooth And Nail Cd
Taking their name from the Mexican book of the el morte es brujo which describes the death cult of the lizard witch, that rolls into town during the night killing the unbelievers and leaving the town empty by morning, the UK's Gilla Bruja can be described in one word: HEAVY! Combining the intensity of sludge, the technological influence of industrial and the brutality of grind, Gilla Bruja could be described as the hate-filled offspring of GODFLESH, SOILENT GREEN, CROWBAR and OBITUARY.
Ret 006: BEATEN BACK TO PURE-Southern Apocalypse Cd
Filthy metal way down tuned in the land of cotton where the whisky flows and the ground is rotten. Buy this record because sometimes good things happen to bad people. Produced by Today Is The Day's Steve Austin.
Ret 005: SOILS OF FATE-Sandstorm Cd
SOILS OF FATE follow up their 'Pain..Has A Face' demo and 'Blood Serology' promo with their debut cd of brutal, blasting death metal. If you're a fan of ultra guttural sickness and bands like Cryptopsy, Internal Bleeding and Vomit Remnants then you need this cd!!
Ret 002: RAIDEN-The Killing Fist Mcd
Deathcore just got sicker. This powerhouse combines deathcore and slow, sludgy parts with a brutal dual high and low vocal attack. Beware!
Ret 001: PUBLIC DISTURBANCE-Possessed To Hate Mcd
Brutal metal/deathcore which combines the sound of bands like Merauder, Cold As Life and Integrity with a dose of Malevolent Creation, Bolt Thrower and Obituary.
