 The half-grown pup shoved her way bodily forward to deliver a sharp nose-butt to D's muzzle. "Why look, mother most dear, your henchvixen has arrived. 'Speak of a person and they will appear / Talk of the devil and he will draw near,' as old Mother Goose would say. And what's this? Oh, D,you're so sweet!" she sneered, "You've found me a pint-sized playmate." Eyeing the two lights airly, she sat back on her haunches before addressing them. "Why don't you two just run along back to your creaky ole fortress; we won't hurt your little darling...much." Grinning quite impudently, she bored into the pair with her inky blue eyes.
