Subject: 'au revoir' Thanks!!!
In reply to: Raphaela 's message, "Re: ' Loss Of Glee ' & for now, avoir! - Query" on 05:35:12 07/25/02 Thu

THANKS Raphaela,

Shamefully must admit 'au revoir' that I was too
lazy or overwhelmed to find my French Dictionary
just because that is what I wanted to say...Your
another one of "the best"s!!! *smile* Susanne

>'au revoir' (as in the French goodbye for now) or does
>it mean something completely different?

>>LOSS OF GLEE
>>
>>
>>Once we loved
>>By a crystal blue sea
>>That floats the world's heart
>>On once, our loving joy of glee
>>Until that fateful day
>>Along a jealous wave did come
>>Then spun nevermore, taking you away
>>Wrapped by seaweed's sp*inning frame
>>
>>Trapping you hard, as in a dream
>>Seemly evermore a distance from me
>>For a blue and green salty death
>>In mourning chimes of crystal seas.
>>My azure tears becomes Angels
>>Wearing masks of skulls
>>Flying above your watery bed
>>Gliding as lonely ivory gulls
>>
>>The wave crackles to laugh
>>Cresting high to drop down
>>To caress your entrapped soul
>>With colours of yellowish brown.
>>And for now, I whisper to comforting winds,
>>This love of mine as goodbyes in prayers
>>Of our love's future, once again born
>>As forever mystic, spoken by soothsayers.
>>Forever inspiring the young
>>In the billion hearts or more of soul
>>That ancient wisdoms of the old
>>Honouring molten love pure .. will never be cold.
