Did the Russian revolutions improve the lives of ordinary Russians, 1914-1924?
And do it like this:
Section 1: talk about what life was like in Nicholas's Russia using <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.johndclare.net/Russ2.htm">http://www.johndclare.net/Russ2.htm</a> and the links from that page, then add how life got much worse during WWI using <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.johndclare.net/Russ3.htm">http://www.johndclare.net/Russ3.htm</a>
Section 2: talk about the events of 1917-1924, using the pages on the website.
Section 3: talk about the kind of state that Lenin set up, using <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.johndclare.net/Russ6.htm,">http://www.johndclare.net/Russ6.htm,</a> and <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.johndclare.net/Russ8.htm,">http://www.johndclare.net/Russ8.htm,</a> adding information about the horrors of the Civil War.
Section 4: write a conclusion comparing the lot of the ordinary Russian under Nicholas and under Lenin.

If you are being incredibly adventurous, you could look further on at Stalin's Russia, and make your dates 1914-1934, but that would be much harder to write.
