I recommend Hartz brand Problem Skin Shampoo, I got min from Wal-Mart. Monitor your dog's diet better and she should start feeling better. I also advise a quality food like Nutro because there are no by-products in it. Avoid dog foods with any by-products. It may or may not be the junk...eliminate the junk and if that doesn't help change dog foods. she may be allergic to the corn or by-products. My husband and I swithched our itchy female to Nutro and bathed her with the soap I recommended and it stopped almost immediately.
