Babies ENTRY FEE $30.00
Party Wear/ Formal Wear- Girls: short party dress of your choice, ankle socks and shoes
Boys: suit, tux or pant outfit of your choice, sock and shoes
Photogenic- Any photo of your choice. NO larger than 8X10, black & white or color.
NO FRAMES. Turn in at registration.
Older Divisions ENTRY FEE $45.00
On Stage Interview- Questions age appropriate will be asked on stage during party wear.
Casual Wear- Any casual outfit of your choice. Pant outfit, short outfit etc.
You will introduce yourself on stage (name, age and hometown).
Keep props to minimum.
Party Wear/Formal Wear- Boys: Any suit, tux or dressy outfit of you choice.
Girls: Tots, Petites- Any short party dress of your choice
(tots should wear ankle socks)
Pre-Teens- Any short or tea-length dress of your choice
Jr. Teens, Teens & Ms.- Any long gown of your choice.
(dresses should be age appropriate)
Photogenic- Any photo of your choice up to an 8X10, black & white or color
NO FRAMES. Turn in at registration.
Talent- Three (3) minute time limit. Any talent presentation of your choice.
Must be age appropriate. Talent accompaniment must be on a cued
cassette tape or on track #1 on a CD. Talent is included in the entry
fee. It is an optional competition. You DO NOT have to compete in
talent to win the overall title.
** Awards**
Babies-Overall~ Rhinestone Tiara (crown for boys), satin banner, official winners trophy
$50.00 certificate to the 2003 CA State Finals & participation certificate.
Photogenic~ Official trophy, invitation to the 2003 CA State Finals & participation certificate.
Older Contestants- Overall~ Rhinestone Tiara (crown for boys), satin banner, official winners trophy, $50.00 certificate to the 2003 CA State Finals & participation certificate.
Photgenic~ Official trophy, invitation to the 2003 CA State Finals
and a participation certificate.
Talent~ Official Trophy, invitation to the CA State Finals & a participation
certificate.
** Other Important Information**
In order for your name to be featured in our program book,
you must turn your paperwork in by Feb. 13 for Santa Clarita and Feb. 19 for Modesto.
Entry fees~ All entry fees must be in the form of CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS ONLY!
Payable to JANICE ARMSTRONG. CASH ONLY if paying entry fees at the door.
NO personal checks accepted!!
Guest Admission~ Admission is $3.00 per person. Children under 5 years are free at the door.
Contestants entry fee includes one (1) chaperone admission.
ENTER FOR FREE~ Tell your friends about the pageant!! For each NEW contestant you refer, you'll receive $15.00 off your entry fee. If you refer three NEW contestants you'll receive your entry fee PAID. They must call the office and tell us they were referred by you.(818)362-2073.

I agree to hole harmless the directors, staff and locations of the Glamour USA Competitions from liabilities due to accidents, injury, theft, etc.. while in route to or from participating in any Glamour USA activity/function. Contestants, parents and guest must abide by all rules and regulations set fourth by Glamour USA. Good sportsmanship is a must at all times by contestants, parent and guests. Glamour USA reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant. I realize that any infractions of the rules may result in disqualification. There are NO REFUNDS. I agree to pay all returned check fees that pertain to this agreement, plus the state maximum check charge. I agree to pay any and all attorneys' fees and court costs resulting from any collection efforts made by or on behalf of the Glamour USA to recover any fees. I hereby grant Glamour USA the right to use my photographs, videos or movies made during any Glamour USA Function or competition. I also allow them to use my name in any of the before mentioned in any promotional efforts made on behalf of the Glamour USA in this or any year. We reserve the right to divide/combine or cancel any division. You must provide your SS# upon request for any savings bonds that will be awarded to you. THE JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL!!
