If Kuro didn't halt the rubbing, the small amount of new tension would disappear almost instantly.

Dorjan chuckled, smiling into his crossed arms with his eyes closed again. "Have you ever carried to term?" If she had with Gordon, he hadn't been told. But there was always the chance that she might have before she came here. Then again, Kuro didn't seem to be that sort of cat, in his opinion. "And would you like to?" It was important to know this. If she didn't want it, there were certainly ways to make herself lose it. And once it was born, if she wasn't willing to nurse and raise it, then he'd need to make preparations ahead of time - just in case. He wasn't going to put the money into this if she wasn't going to pull through her end. ..
