I think you need to sit down with them and explain how you feel and what is stated in your contract. Go over each item and let them know what you are willing to do and not do. Even if that means putting away clothes that they left out. I have been a nanny for 15 years you need to fight for the big items and let some of the little ones go. The bath and clothes I would do, for my employers, because that is me. I wouldn't work overtime without pay. I would try and reneg. the car allowance since the mileage has changed. The current federal standard mileage rate of 37.5 cents per mile. Sometimes sitting down and talking with your employers things can work out. I understand that you made a verbal agreement with them, but if you are not happy and things can't change, sometimes it is best for both parties if you move on. First sit down and talk with them.
