My advice to your daughter is not to take this job. If these people don't have a place big enough to accomodate her to where she at least has privacy, then they don't have room for a live in nanny. Your daughter should find a job with a family that will treat her with respect, not as hired help that they will stick anywhere in order to have her. They should give her paid vacation, some paid holidays, sick days and they should also have a work agreement in writing that states her hours, her pay and her benefits.
