Hi all. Need some help here. Don't really know what's good/ what isn't about this whole process. Would be great if someone out there can give me some tips. The wife and I have a baby due this June (04). We are both military officers going to school so our days Mon-Fri are at most 8-3 M-F. We really just need and desire a live-in nanny to just care for our child during those hours. We have a home in Pebble Beach California and would provide a room with private bath. We don't need housecleaning or cooking just someone who will care for our child and doesn't mind the Rottweiler that we have (buddha is a real teddy bear). We are a very outgoing couple and would provide a warm home for the aupair. We know we have a hawaii vacation next Xmas to which the aupair would be invited to come (no cost). With this being said, what should we expect to pay a live in. We are willing to hire someone who has little to no nanny experience to help save costs, but would require someone who loves kids and has at least helped with infants before. YOur help will be very welcome.
