Olivia,
go to the main NAN homepage at http://www.nannyassociation.com and look up the special newsletter on "jobs". There is a whole article there on traveling with a family, and it touches on the subject of pay. But the basics: They pay for room and board, transportation, and any required admissions, plus your regular salary for the same # of hours. The article outlines it much better. And also, go to the NAN Homepage, click on board of directors, and e-mail Kris, the president. She is in Chicago, and has great contacts with Nanny Circle.
