I've been working for the same family for two years. when i started it was a 2y/o boy and a 3 month old boy and now its a 3y/o, a 2y/o and a four month old. I clean and feed the dog, try to make sure their lunches are healthy, Im very active with them, and love them very much. I started at $9/hr and asked for a raise of a few dollars after more than a year as the job changed substantially, and recieved $1 more/hr. Thay are also very energetic boys and not easy to manage while trying to take care of the baby.and with all three kids in diapers it's much more stressful and even though i get health insurance i think $10/hr for a 45 hr week doesn't seem enough...but im not sure...please help.
