Mother of Two

I am a mother of two living in Cincinnati. My two kids are 7 months and 3 years. We have a live out nanny which we pay $11 an hour for a 50 hour week (8 a.m. to 6 pm. Monday through Friday). We do not provide health insurance. We provide a reasonable amount of sick days (upon request which we have never turned down), paid holidays for almost all of the major holidays and two weeks paid vacation days in addition to any days I take off from work myself (generally about 2 weeks). She has the use of a third car (so we pay for all of the gas and upkeep on the car). We also provide her food for breakfast and lunch (or in the alternative pay for a reasonable meal if they are out from the house). She has just finished up a year with us and asked for a raise. She has prior experience with children but this is her first full time nanny position. Any thoughts on what would be a reasonable pay increase? Obviously since my second child is 7 months we went from 1 child to 2 during the year without a pay increase - however I was fairly pregnant when we interviewed her so it was expected when we negotiated the salary the first time. We do not want to over pay her (especially since we think the benefits are fairly good) but we do not want to under pay her either.

Any help would be much appreciated.
