I am so upset, I found an add on a nanny website from
>>my present employer looking for a replacement for me.
>>I do everything they ask of me and take excellent care
>>of their baby. I don't know whether to confront them
>>about it or just give them my notice and say because
>>of gas prices I can't afford to commute to their home
>>anymore. I was only looking at families who had
>>registered on that site to see what else was out
>>there. I wasn't looking for another job. They only pay
>>me 8 dollars an hour and I take care of their 3 month
>>old plus do laundry, dishes, vaccuum and clean the
>>patio doors and froont door glass. I am very attached
>>to thei baby and this really hurts me that they would
>>do this to me. Any advice would be greatly
>>appreciated. Thank you.

I found it interesting that you had no desire to communicate this information with the family that you work for. Why not ask them why are they unhappy with you. Maybe it is time to confront your fears of rejection. This might be a blessing. The decision is up to you. Do you have open communication with your employers or do you run and hide. Please consider communication, you might be surprised by what they have to say. Keep us posted???
