I have worked with families in EXACTLY this situation before. I do not have the time to answer you adequately at this time, but I can help you with this. However, the short answer is no, you are not being unrealistic, and there are many nannies who would love a position like this. I would love to help you (free of charge) put together a job description for this. Please e-mail me directly and I will give you more information.
