Please see my response to your question below. It answers this question and shows you how to be fair to both you and your nanny. If you would like further clarification or more specifics on any area of this, please continue to post and we will try to assist you as much as we can.
Since you have so much vacation, and I am assuming you pay your nanny at least 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, you could request that she take her two weeks of vacation time during the same time that you take at least 2 weeks of yours. That will eliminate 2 of the weeks right there. See my response to your previous posting for the rest.
