Hey,
I'm based out of New Orleans. I'm 42 with three grown kids and lots of in home experience with child care. I am now nurturing a 11 month boy and his mom is expecting in 4 months. I'm making 7.50 an hour. What do ya'll think a fair pay increase would be? I also make a quarterly bonus. I'm really stumped and could use some suggestions.
Thanks,
Karen

Hi Karen I have been a nanny for tne last 10 years.I would look in to how much other nannies in your area are making.I don't think that asking for 2$an hour raise is to much. That comes out to less than $20 a day based on a nine hour day. Good Luck Laila
