Hi, I am 21 years old and have been working as a nanny for the same family for two and a half years. They have 4 children, ages: 12, 10, 3, 10mos.
I work part time and am currently being paid $9/hr under the table. I have a lot of babysitting and childcare experience, I also am an elementary education major, minoring in child and family studies.
I do things around the house such as laundry, dishes, and run errands on a regular basis. I have been considering asking for a raise for some time now but i would like to get some opinions on if I should ask for one and if i do how much money should I be asking for? Thank you!
