The workshops will include: *Effective Communication* Learn the keys to assertive communication, and actively practice using these skills. Worksheets will be distributed regarding an assertiveness inventory to take home and complete. ------------------------------------------------ *Acing that Interview!* Learn tips to help you prepare and conduct yourself for an interview. Learn how to present yourself and best relay your qualifications and skills so you will be the #1 candidate. ------------------------------------------------ *Leaving a Family!* This workshop will help you set the foundation for the correct etiquette when you have decided to leave a family. ------------------------------------------------- *Tips: Asking for a Raise* This workshop will give you unique ways to gently let your employers know it is time for a raise. Sample "Nanny Evaluation" forms along with "Childcare Observation" forms will be distributed. ------------------------------------------------ *RAFFLES AND PRIZES: All attendees will be entered into raffle drawings- with prizes including: Best Seller Books, written by Nannies and Gift Certificates.
