The families that I am working for have not been paying me on time, the last payment was a week late. How can I bring it up that I need to be paid on a schedule? I am pretty close with the families and am worried that I can not stand up to them.
I am watching 3 two year olds. 2 cousins and one friend. I am watching all 3 because the families wanted to have the children be able to have social interaction. But, the one family just had a baby. In the beginning I thought that I was going to be able to handle having the 3 children and a baby. But I am having a difficult time with just the 3 right now. I am not sure how I can bring it up to the family that I can not watch their newborn. Is this unreasonable?
Also, I am watching all of the children at one house where the mother works upstairs. It is VERY hard to keep them all quiet so that her work gets done. This is another factor in why I dont think I can take their new baby.
