Subject: Card Trick - Please Help!

Hi I was hoping you might be able to help me figure out the secret to a difficult card trick that has been causing me to loose sleep at night!

Someone asked me to pick as many cards as I wanted out of a deck (it was not a trick deck as it was one of my own), so I picked 7 cards and memorized them. I placed them in his right hand face down and both of his hands were behind his back. He walked to the other side of the room so I could see his hands the entire time behind his back, and then he turned around to face me while sitting down on the ground. He threw the first card out from behind his back with his right hand, but he did not call it, nor did he look down as he threw. then he sat for some time feeling behind his back before he called out what the next card was and then threw the card. He was correct. He did that consecutively for each card.

Does this trick sound familiar to you??!!
