Then when the build-us finally came off (mainly because my jaws were beginning to stab with pain, my jaw muscles were so shortened, only my front teeth touched, then I got elastics, so still couldn't eat for the remaining 3 months in braces. In fact, my molars, after a month, are still not tight enough together to grind well. Hope it improves.
