I got my braces off 2 years ago and have gone from wearing a retainer 24/7 to now only a couple nights a week. Yesterday, my dentist told me I need a night guard badly because i grind my teeth a lot. Is there a retainer that combines retainer and night guard in one? Would the Essex invisible retainer prevent grinding? Right now I use the Harlex(i think it is called). Dr Rick, please let me know what options are available to stop the grinding and still keep my teeth straight. Thank you so much!
