Congratulations :)
You're situation seems quite similar to mine, but what oral surgery are you going to have? when i had my four teeth extracted i just had local, and that went perfectly, but for anything more severe i myself would even consider general.
I'm getting my first adjustment on oct. 7 so it's a big day for both of us :)
