Not all dentists do microabrasion. Pretty much all do bonding and most do veneers.

To be quite honest $600 a veneer is fairly inexpensive. Many offices have long term financing available. Many offices have 1 year interest free loans so your monthly payment would be $200. If you can do that then many have low interest long term financing that canget your payments below $100 per month.
