Stacey,
thanks for your really sweet story. It makes me think, that even in the cold harsh social scene that New York City has, a woman might enjoy a genuinely sweet compliment from a man. It makes me think that I should be complimenting some of the women I run into on the street, in stores etc. rather than worrying about appearing to be a predatory guy.
