For me, when a tooth (or teeth) hurt / ache it means it's moving! I had an adjustment weeks ago, so by now I'm usually not aching.. but yesterday I noticed one canine was a bit tender. I can tell it's moving (big time) as I am wearing elastics to help it along. What did your Ortho say?
