Oh, the speaking issue...I can relate!
Don't worry...you will eventually overcome this. I know how you feel because the first few weeks I got my braces on, I couldn't talk normally at all. I felt SO awkward over it and I just started talking out loud constantly, practicing words and sounds over and over until I thought I was getting over the lisp. You will, too. Best of luck to you!
