I got my braces put on last year and they will be coming off in a couple of months. Since I had them on I have been grinding my teeth. It's gotten so bad that it wakes me up at night. My other issue is that I had a tooth extracted in preparation for the braces and now my top and bottom teeth are not aligned. I have been reading about how this can cause problems later on in life. Has anyone had this problem??? If so, any advice would be appreciated.
