Subject: Now I know why my Ortho asked me if I hate him yet Author: Sue [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 23:03:38 07/29/04 Thu I saw my DDS/Ortho on Tuesday to see how I was doing. That was one week of wearing upper braces. He asked me how the headaches were and I told him I hadn't had any lately. Of course, today I had the headache from hell. It's more like the TMJ pain that I had gotten rid of for quite awhile. It's pain behind my eyes, upper cheek bones by sideburns. I hope to God that this doesn't mean the braces are making my TMJ worse. From what my Ortho asked me, I'm assuming it's an expected thing. My best friends have become the heating pad that I use on my face and Advil. Hopefully, my Acupuncturist will provide some pain relief for me!!
