I pick up the Essix (invisible) retainers this afternoon. I expect they will be very tight and I heard they can make your teeth or some teeth sore. But they won't be cutting the lining of my mouth and catching lips and grabbing toothbrush bristles and making my whole mouth look gray! How can they be worse than braces?
