 Hi Sue , I have had my uppers for just over 2 weeks . I spent alot of time trying to get floss to the back teeth . I finally bought the blue floss threaders and is it works great . Now it does not take much longer than without braces . I also did the wax thing for the first week . Not too bad now just the hardware on the side of the bands cuts a bit now .Good luck !
