Yeah, day two today and I notice I get twice or maybe three times as much food stuck now (you take for granted you can keep the food out of the lowers when you only have uppers). Second, my tongue is not used to the feeling of the metal edges on the molar bands on the bottom and I'm constantly reminded of them. Third, my speech is definately goofy right now. Four, when I open my jaw wide or side to side I feel pressure on all the lower teeth... the kind of pressure like when you get something stuck between your teeth, only on all the lower teeth. Definately annoying at this point but I know thousands of people have gone through this and people obviously get used to it or braces would probably not exist.

Brushing, yeah, right now I think my mouth isn't used to the braces being there so I can't tell the difference between food stuck or braces and I feel compelled to brush forever.
