John Terry Was born To Charles Walker and Luraina Todd in Ky abt 1847. He married in Indiana Had 3 children Charlie, another son and a daughter Mary, Mary married a cousin In Indian Walter Walker. John Terry got into a property dispute and chopped off another man's arm. He left his children with his mother Luraina walker, And ran from the law. Changing his name to Joseph Robert Beezly(Rummored this was the name of his Step-father). He went to Carter County Missouri. His first wife had died by this time. He Married Sarah Isabelle Raymer on 13 Nov 1871 as Joe Beezley in Carter Co Missouri. They had 3 children Willa Beezlely, Irenia And my G-grandfather Manford Walker b.1877. (He Was Back to Walker) When Sarah Isabell Walker was pregnant with Manford, John made a trip back to Indiana to Work on his farm, on the way back to Mo, He was traveling with another couple the Taylors from Piedmount, Mo. He picked a hich-hicker who killed him and took his wagon, the Taylors went home and told "Belle" about his fate He had died 2 miles east of the river. The Indiana farm was in Greene or Highland county, We would like to know moe about his parents and find his grave. It would also be nice to know his birthday, He has become a challenge for our branch of the Walker Tree. Please See if you have anything on him. Gail Kessler
