I watched, did you listen to the sound part and what it said?

That is NOT the heart, but the cells that will be come the heart in a number of weeks (they did not say how many weeks) and it is not pumping blood only fluttering. The Embryo (which is not yet a fetus) is still using the mother’s blood and heart.

It doesn’t look much like a human being to me. And it is about the size of a postage stamp.
