Just curious if anyone else is worried that THE GOD DAMNED KINDERGARDEN COP is now governor of California. This isn't a leftist political rant or anything. It's just that THE FUCKING LAST ACTION HERO is now an executive of the 5th largest economy in the world.

It would be one thing if it was, ohh, Richard Dreyfus or maybe even Jeff Goldblum were elected to some benign office. Hell, I’d even go for Stallone as a congressman or something. BUT CONAN THE BARBARIAN IS THE GOD DAMNED GOVENOR OF CALIFORNIA? Where the fuck am I. Did I wake up in bizarro world? Why aren't people walking backwards on the ceiling and saying goodbye when they greet you. And does anyone else think Maria Shriver looks like a skeleton with some skin draped around it like some sort of defective T-900?

Hopefully i'm still asleep and this is all a dream, kindof like Total Recall. If it isn't, have a good weekend. If it is, well then I guess you don't exist.

I like you levity, it lightens the mood and takes away the fear of impending death.

How many votes did Gary Coleman end up getting?

And I'm sure that he's not really the governor, but a secret spy for some unknown US agency using this office as cover ... no wait that was True Lies.

Maybe he promised his kid a toy for Christmas but couldn't get it, so he needs political connections to control the distribution of toys ... no wait that was the XMas classic Jingle All the Way.

No, I've got it, he was just trying to teach everyone that you can't judge a book by its cover. It's not okay to hate midgets, especially when they're referred to as Lietenant Governor Danny DeVito ... ahh shit Twins.

Well maybe with his testicles so teeny from Roids, he needs something to make him feel like a man ... oh wait, he gropes women.

Well, I'm just confused here. Line please ...

Gary Coleman = 12,863 votes, almost 3,000 less than Larry Flynt, another equally qualified candidate. The fact that over 12,000 people voted for the candidate who publically encouraged people to NOT vote for him from the first day of his election, somehow pulled in thousands of votes.

I've said it before, and I am sure I will have to say it again many many times in the future, but this country is fucked. Let's all move en masse to the country that embraces free weed, social protection for all and who has unqualified political candidates who actually make decent representatives of the public.

Keith, Rick = excellent job thinking name dropping every arnold movie made. Also, anyone who wants to come participate in the Red Sox riots of 2003 has a place to sleep. After the ALCS there were thousands of people in the streets, cars flipped over and fires lit (and a pair of co-ed's arrested for flashing the entire crowd from the top of a billboard). If they can make it any further, things will only get better.
