Hey everyone. Just thought I’d share a quick bit of digital wisdom I gleaned from a friend. The new Guster dvd/cd will be coming out on May 18th and they've been kind enough to put Homecoming King and that catchy little Fa-Fa song from their DVD on the internet. They're both pretty tame performances, and that's by Guster standards, but still worth a listen. The video is mostly close-ups of the band and crowd shots of the geeks who show up at Guster shows (and the Fa-Fa performance has a clip of a guy who has obviously taken way to many drugs, you'll know him when you see him). One highlight, though, is an intimate close-up of one of the band members playing the most underrated instrument ever to be created: the sand filled egg. Those things are so awesome, right up there with the cowbell and the keytar.

Is everyone having a good summer so far? Does anyone have time and money to take a trip somewhere? I was thinking about buying a bus pass through greyhound for a couple of weeks and bumming around the country.

Keith and Sarah, good luck with the job search. Matt, I hope your job hasn't killed you yet. Jill, are you coming to MU for grad school? Am I the last loser in Missouri? Will batman escape the Jokers trap? Stay tuned!

Seriously though, I miss you guys. Have a good summer and may mana rain from the heavens for you.

Your friend, Rick
Rick

P.S. Jake had sex with a 48-year-old woman he met at the Class Reunion Lounge. Pass it on!

That is too funny of a line to drop without an entire story. I'm going to have to demand some details.

I'm living in NYC now with Matt in a six bedroom apartment in the East Village. It's quite boss. The balcony is awesome and our rooftop view is amazing.

I still have the same cell number, and I'm hoping to come home in a week or two, so hopefully I'll see some of you.

Keith
