During deployment on West Pac we always have the privelege of visiting Hawaii twice, during 'outchop and inchop' as we say it in naval terms. A sidetrip to Guam is always a welcome, a haven for rest and recreation and almost at par with Hawaii, depending on what you do.

Now, i'd like to thank Jojo and Joy for their excellent hospitality last December and lately. You have a beautiful home and it felt like a home away from home for me. You're a wonderful hosts, and i thorougly enjoyed your company.

Likewise in 1998 west pac deployment, Dante and Elsie welcomed me and my friends to their home. What a warm hospitality and good memories! The Aldana's relocated back
to San Diego in 2004 and now living in their new home in Murieta, Ca., about an hour drive to San Diego. Jojo is also moving out of Hawaii to his new duty station in Diego Garcia in August.

I've visited Hawaii more than i can remember (maybe my 12th) and the Aldanas and Inocencios presence in the island made it all too different. I'll never forget the great food, the island tours and the wonderful conversations.

Mahalo!
