Thank God, I'm back into circulation (even just for today)after quite a while and apparently, I missed a lot, like messages to read (altho being updated by Antek), I missed everyone, actually. ...Anyway, here goes:
I have so many reasons to praise the Lord for. First and foremost is the opportunity He had given me last Friday (August 6) to visit with my dear brother Jun in Canada for 4 days. Jun looks fine with God's grace except for a cushingoid appearance (face) caused by Prednisone and slower movements from usual. He had another Cat Scan two weeks ago, and fortunately, the result came out to be better than suspected, and again we praise the Lord for this. Jun, in his present health condition, feels blessed and grateful to the Lord for God's faithfulness (which are new every morning) and loving kindness, for having a wonderful, very loving and thoughtful wife - Connie, who in her graciousness and God-given courage, is side by side with him in his battle for this terrible disease, who aside from being a working mother also plays the role of a father for their two boys who are 4 and 3. He is also thankful for their church whose members give their all out support for him and his family in prayers and even financially. His doctors ( neurologist and ecdocrinologist) are working so hard and are on the process of negotiating with Jun and Connie for a possible surgery soon. In this regard, I appeal to each one of you to please include my brother in your prayers. If it's not too much of my asking, please give him a call (1-604-821-1151) or write him a note (70-9240 Glenacre Dr., Richmond, BC V6Y2G8 Canada). Any act/gesture of kindness will encourage and enlighten him with his and our load, and will be so much appreciated. Thank you.
I also praise and thank God that I survived our Med Lab (a one on one oral exam) with perfect score. Also, I successfully completed Term 1 with flying colors in the Nursing School. We'll be starting our week-end clinicals tomorrow, and be going back to class two or three times a week thereon.
Until then, just keep on praying and praising the Lord for He is good all the time.
Hi and I love you to my sister Elma and brother Delio with their respective family.
