am glad to share you a short report of what transpired sa Feb. 05, meeting held in San Nicolas but before that we went to Mang Steve's house for lunch death anniversary ni Papang Beato. In the meeting we discussed the following:
a.Review of all the "Accomplishments"
b. Learning experiences (Candle Projects/Scholarship)
c. CYF Projects
d. # of Accomplishments
e. from zero fund to how much we have now!
f. 2nd General Assembly
* GA committe were task to prepare proposal how to
run the GA Activity/program
g. What direction/help we can extend to our Conference:
-to the conference programs
- resources/expertise ets.
-to the scholarship program
- to the conference CYF
h.Investment Plan
-to prepare some guidelines/program
i. Membership
-benefits (mutual aide immediate family only)
- emergency loan (hospitalization,Calamity)
*From the assessments, we plan to have 2 years direction of our Foundation. We will be having our 2nd year General Assembly (to be announced) but don't forget our Founding anniversary April 1).
